The TurboFlo II has been designed to provide years of worry free operation and has been engineered as a uniquely superior above ground swimming pool pump. The non-conductive, corrosion-proof motor housing provides protection from the elements and insulates the electrical motor parts from outside contact. The advanced design of the TurboFlo II reduces operation and maintenance to simple, common sense procedures. With self lubricating motor bearings and shaft seals, no lubrication is necessary.

All products purchased directly from K&J Leisure are eligible for return, provided they meet the specified conditions outlined in this policy.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. Returns requested beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included. Products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer negligence or improper use will not be eligible for return or may be subject to significant re-stocking fees.
Return Process:

Provide your order details, including the order number, product name, and reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, and assist you with the necessary instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. It is advisable to retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is processed successfully.
Refunds:
