Variable-speed pumps are the ultimate way to save energy. Most other variable-speed models, however, are oversized when compared to medium-head pool pumps such as Hayward's Super Pump. The all-new Super Pump VS 115V is right-sized, particularly for applications with 1.5" plumbing, providing tremendous energy savings that result in an even faster return on investment. Super Pump VS provides customizable speed, duration and priming time to match the needs of both aftermarket and new construction installations. Programmable timers and a totally-enclosed permanent magnet motor mean this pump meets the requirements of swimming pool efficiency standards such as Title 20 and APSP-15.

Eligibility:
All products purchased directly from K&J Leisure are eligible for return, provided they meet the specified conditions outlined in this policy.
Timeframe:
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. Returns requested beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included. Products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer negligence or improper use will not be eligible for return or may be subject to significant re-stocking fees.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via info@kjleisure.com within the 30-day period.
Provide your order details, including the order number, product name, and reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, and assist you with the necessary instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and ensuring appropriate packaging to prevent any damage during transit. It is advisable to retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is processed successfully.
Refunds:
Once the returned product is received, inspected, and deemed eligible for return, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as this may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges and Store Credit:

Non-Compliance:
