In some cases, we might even be able to stretch the boundaries of the warranty to provide additional help from our end or some goodwill from the manufacturers. We’re committed to doing everything we can to resolve your issue and ensure your experience with us is a positive one.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Two Options: Reach out to the manufacturer. Alternatively, contact our customer service team with details about your purchase and the issue you’re experiencing.
- Documentation: Please provide proof of purchase and any relevant details about the product’s condition or defect. As well as invoices from professional installation. (For some products this is required - complex equipment like pool pumps and heaters.)
