Our Condition Guide

Every open box product at K&J Leisure has been thoroughly inspected, tested and rated according to its individual condition. We use a three point scale to help you find the right open box products.

Like New

1. Products are unused
2. Products have been opened or the packaging is damaged
3. There are no cosmetic damages like scratches and/or scuffs. 

Good

1. Products have been minimally used, often once or twice to test the product. 
2. Products have been opened or the packaging is damaged.
3. Products have minimal cosmetic damages like scratches and/or scuffs. 

Average

1. Products have more usage and are typically returned to us with-in 1-2 weeks of usage. 
2. Products have been opened or the packaging is damaged.
3. Products have more noticeable cosmetic scratches and/or scuffs.
