Photo shows average condition - Slight bend in heat exchanger fins. This will have a very negligible impact on performance. The fins are malleable and bend easily, the tubes are rigid and strong and are not affected by this minor imperfection.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via info@kjleisure.com within the 30-day period.
Provide your order details, including the order number, product name, and reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, and assist you with the necessary instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and ensuring appropriate packaging to prevent any damage during transit. It is advisable to retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is processed successfully.
Refunds:
Once the returned product is received, inspected, and deemed eligible for return, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges and Store Credit:
