Product Description
Winterize your pool without draining the plumbing lines by using the "duck-bill" valve. This innovative valve allows for a powerful flow of air and water to be released from the return plumbing, while also preventing water from entering back into the lines.

Return Process:

Provide your order details, including the order number, product name, and reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, and assist you with the necessary instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and ensuring appropriate packaging to prevent any damage during transit. It is advisable to retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is processed successfully.
Refunds:
Once the returned product is received, inspected, and deemed eligible for return, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as this may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
