These units are unused and like new. With an overstock of chlorine generators we separating the individual components, control panel and salt cells and selling them for a steep discount. This means saving for our customers and the same quality product made by Hayward.
We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. To ensure a hassle-free return process, we have implemented the following 30-day return policy.
Eligibility:
All products purchased directly from K&J Leisure are eligible for return, provided they meet the specified conditions outlined in this policy.
Timeframe:
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. Returns requested beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included. Products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer negligence or improper use will not be eligible for return or may be subject to significant re-stocking fees.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via info@kjleisure.com within the 30-day period.
Provide your order details, including the order number, product name, and reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, and assist you with the necessary instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and ensuring appropriate packaging to prevent any damage during transit. It is advisable to retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is processed successfully.
Refunds:
Once the returned product is received, inspected, and deemed eligible for return, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as this may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order. Alternatively, we may offer store credit in certain cases. Please contact our customer support team for more information.
Non-Compliance:
Products that do not meet the aforementioned return conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. In cases where we suspect abuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to deny future returns from the respective customer.
