The Jandy AquaPure | Fusion Soft Slotted Flow Sensor serves as a replacement component for AquaPure and Fusion Soft 3-port salt chlorinator systems. It continuously tracks water flow, temperature, and salinity to ensure the salt cell functions correctly and avoids issues such as "No Flow" or "Low Salt" errors. Featuring a 16-foot cable and an O-ring for secure sealing, this sensor helps maintain a clean, balanced pool by supporting effective chlorine production.
We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. To ensure a hassle-free return process, we have implemented the following 30-day return policy.
Eligibility:
All products purchased directly from K&J Leisure are eligible for return, provided they meet the specified conditions outlined in this policy.
Timeframe:
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. Returns requested beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included. Products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer negligence or improper use will not be eligible for return or may be subject to significant re-stocking fees.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via info@kjleisure.com within the 30-day period.
Provide your order details, including the order number, product name, and reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, and assist you with the necessary instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and ensuring appropriate packaging to prevent any damage during transit. It is advisable to retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is processed successfully.
Refunds:
Once the returned product is received, inspected, and deemed eligible for return, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges and Store Credit:
