All products purchased directly from K&J Leisure are eligible for return, provided they meet the specified conditions outlined in this policy.

Return Shipping:

We recommend using a traceable shipping method and ensuring appropriate packaging to prevent any damage during transit. It is advisable to retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is processed successfully.

Refunds:
